Swim Lesson Instructor The Midwest Athletic Club - 4.0 Cedar Rapids, IA Job Details Part-time 9 hours ago Qualifications Individual fitness sessions Small group instruction Swimming Experience working with children Sports activities for children Full Job Description The Midwest Athletic Club is looking to hire a couple of part-time swim lesson instructors for our bigger facility, MAC Xtreme. Swim lesson instructors must have flexible hours (can be requested around your current schedule) and willing to work with kids, adults, or both. Lessons are 30 min. and consist of private (1 on 1) or semi-privates (2 on 1) swimmers. Some current instructors work with babies and children all the way through triathlon swimmers, depending on what they are most comfortable with. The required certification and experience is a WSI (Water Safety Instructor) and a love for the water.
