Job Summary Do you believe movement should be fun? Do you love helping kids discover what they're capable of? Are you creative, energetic, and excited to build something meaningful? We're looking for a Program Director to lead and grow our youth fitness and movement program. While our program has historically been known as "Ninja," we're evolving into something much bigger—a dynamic program centered around fitness, agility, obstacle courses, strength, coordination, confidence, and movement, with elements of gymnastics woven throughout. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging experiences for kids and wants to help shape the future of a growing program. What You'll Do Develop and continually improve curriculum for all program levels Create fun, age-appropriate lesson plans that keep kids engaged and progressing Teach weekly classes with enthusiasm and professionalism Design obstacle courses and creative movement activities Help recruit, train, and mentor instructors Assist with scheduling and staffing needs Ensure classes are safe, organized, and high-energy Build positive relationships with students, families, and fellow staff members Work collaboratively with the leadership team to continue growing the program We're Looking For Someone Who Is... Passionate about working with children Creative, energetic, and able to think outside the box A team player who communicates well and enjoys collaborating Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where every child feels successful Excited to help build and grow a unique program from the ground up Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Youth fitness Physical education Gymnastics Parkour Obstacle course training Personal or group fitness instruction Coaching or teaching children Equivalent experience working with youth in movement-based programs will also be considered. Requirements Availability to work weekday afternoon/evenings and Saturday mornings is required Ability to teach active, movement-based classes Ability to sit, stand, bend, stretch, lift, and spot participants safely throughout the workday Ability to pass required background checks Willingness to obtain & maintain a current USA Gymnastics membership & all required certifications Why Join Our Team?
