Gymnastics Instructor

Job Summary We are GROWING! We are currently seeking a couple more fun, passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and a desire to educate and inspire young athletes. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. The Gymnastics Instructor will work with students of various ages and skill levels, helping them to develop their abilities while fostering a love for the sport. Responsibilities Educate students on gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and proper equipment usage. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve their skills. Ensure the gymnasium is safe and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Organize and lead warm-up exercises, drills, and conditioning activities. Monitor student progress and adjust training methods as necessary to meet their needs. Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive training program that promotes overall athletic development. Participate in events such as competitions or exhibitions as needed.
