Job Summary A Step Ahead Sports is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Soccer Camp Director for Nike Soccer Camps in 2027. This role involves overseeing summer camp operations, developing engaging curriculum, training staff, and ensuring adherence to Nike Soccer Camp policies. The ideal candidate is a passionate soccer enthusiast with experience in coaching or teaching the game, committed to providing a positive and enriching experience for campers. Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned summer camp(s), ensuring smooth daily operations and an engaging experience for all participants. Assist in the preparation and organization of camp events, activities, and schedules. Develop comprehensive camp curriculum that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Train and supervise camp staff, providing guidance on coaching techniques, safety protocols, and camp policies. Ensure all activities adhere to Nike Soccer Camp policies and standards for safety, inclusivity, and quality. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive, energetic environment that encourages learning and fun. Communicate effectively with parents, campers, and staff to address questions or concerns promptly. Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety guidelines and responding appropriately to emergencies or incidents. Qualifications Proven experience in coaching or teaching soccer at youth or recreational levels preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff and campers effectively. Excellent organizational skills to develop curriculum, plan events, and oversee daily operations. Passion for youth development through sports and commitment to creating an inclusive environment. Ability to adhere to Nike Soccer Camp policies and procedures consistently. Effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups including children, parents, and staff. Availability during the summer months for camp preparation and execution. Pay:

$32.50 - $42.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
