Job Overview Role Overview Conquer Ninja Gyms is seeking an experienced Ninja, Parkour, or Gymnastics Coach to help develop athletes, grow our programs, and strengthen our gym culture. This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching, takes pride in safety and progression, and understands that strong teams are built through collaboration, consistency, and leadership by example . This is a hands-on coaching role with opportunities to grow alongside a rapidly expanding gym. Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Athlete Development Coach ninja, parkour, or gymnastics-based classes for kids and teens Support athlete progression, confidence, and skill development Teach safe movement patterns, obstacle techniques, and body awareness Adapt coaching style to athletes of different ages and ability levels Team & Program Growth Help grow the ninja team and class programs through: Positive engagement with parents and athletes Retention-focused coaching and communication Supporting events, camps, and competitions Actively contribute ideas to improve: Class structure Skill progression Athlete pathways (rec → team → competitive) Gym Operations & Environment Assist with obstacle movement, gym resets, and course setup Support gym maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards Participate in monthly and seasonal gym moves and deep cleans Ensure equipment is used and maintained properly Culture & Collaboration Work collaboratively with other coaches and leadership Maintain a team-first mentality — no egos, no silos Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and staff Uphold gym values, policies, and standards at all times Required Skills & Experience Background in ninja, parkour, gymnastics, or related movement discipline Prior coaching or instruction experience (formal or informal) Strong communication skills with kids, parents, and teammates Safety-first mindset and attention to detail Ability to take direction and contribute positively to a team environment Willingness to be hands-on (coaching, moving obstacles, cleaning) Preferred (But Not Required) Experience coaching competitive teams or advanced athletes ParkourEDU, USAG, or related certifications First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Event, camp, or competition support experience What We're Really Looking For Someone who shows up reliably Someone who values team success over individual recognition Someone excited to help build something bigger than themselves Someone who takes pride in athlete growth, safety, and culture Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Bonus opportunities tied to gym and program growth Additional hours available as classes and programs expand Opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities as the gym scales Why Conquer Ninja Gyms We're not just a gym — we're building a community. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
