Overview Consumer seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant to provide private in-home care with diverse needs. This role involves assisting individual with personal care tasks and supporting my daily activities in a respectful and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and possess reliable transportation to ensure timely and consistent care. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including help with bathing, grooming, dressing, range of motion, and other daily hygiene needs Support consumer with mobility and transfers as needed, ensuring safety at all times Assist with light household tasks to promote a comfortable living environment Ensure punctuality and dependability in daily schedules, adhering to care plan and client preferences Requirements Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or in personal care roles is preferred Must have own vehicle transportation to reliably reach Consumer's home Dependability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely and effectively Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required Those seeking to provide assistance as fill-in or short-term care assistance role are also encouraged to apply. Pay:
