Gymnastics (preschool, Rec, Boys and team) Coaching Summary, Infinity Gymnastics Academy is seeking energetic, positive, and reliable individuals to join our coaching team! We are looking for coaches who are passionate about working with children and helping them build confidence, skills, and a love for movement. Gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, or sports experience is a plus, but we believe personality and attitude are just as important. We can teach gymnastics skills and coaching techniques—the right candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, eager to learn, and committed to creating a positive experience for every child. Responsibilities Lead and assist gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, and recreational classes Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment Teach age-appropriate skills while promoting confidence and personal growth Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants Communicate professionally with parents, athletes, and fellow staff members Help set up and organize equipment before and after classes Track attendance and assist with basic class management Encourage good sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behavior Participate in training and ongoing staff development opportunities Qualifications Must enjoy working with children of all ages Positive attitude and energetic personality Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and accept coaching feedback Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, childcare, education, sports, or coaching experience preferred but not required Schedule Afternoon and evening hours available Some weekend opportunities Flexible scheduling available Pay Competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and availability.
