Schedule:

Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Pay:

$20-$23/hr depending on experience

Location:

Molt, MT (indoor arena + all equipment provided) About the Position McCord Training is seeking a part‑time riding instructor to teach beginner and intermediate riders on Saturdays. This is a great role for someone who enjoys teaching, wants predictable weekend hours, and prefers a small, well‑managed barn environment. Responsibilities Teach safe, engaging riding lessons (private or small group) Work with weekly and every‑other‑week riders Maintain a positive, confidence‑building environment Assist riders with grooming, tacking, and untacking Provide basic horse handling instruction Communicate clearly with parents and riders Keep lessons on schedule and organized Requirements Experience teaching beginner/intermediate riders Strong safety awareness Confident handling horses of various temperaments Reliable transportation to Molt Professional communication and punctuality (Bonus) Experience with therapeutic riding or special‑needs riders What We Offer Indoor arena All tack and equipment provided Well‑trained lesson horses Organized schedule with consistent riders Supportive, low‑drama environment Opportunity for additional hours if desired
