A vibrant, engaging personality who can brighten a room and delight kids and parents alike Experience working with children or in teaching roles is a plus but not required — we provide full training! A candidate ready to grow with us and build a lasting relationship A community advocate who connects with parents and promotes our program Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, reflecting the spirit of Romp n' Roll Availability a few days during the week

Your Role:

Beyond Teaching As a Romp n' Roll instructor, you'll: Lead music, movement, and art classes for young children Be the heart and soul of our community by building lasting relationships Interact warmly with parents and caregivers Help maintain a safe, clean, and joyful environment Assist with setup, cleanup, and special events like birthday parties Is This You?
