Job description: Golf2U is an residential & commercial golf simulator installation company. We install golf simulators in homes & businesses all over Florida and Northeast US. We are looking to expand our operation to the Southern states and hire a Golf Sim Installation engineer to join our team in this region. The role includes installing our golf simulators in homes and thus requires a background in construction and a basic knowledge of golf simulator technology. Golf2U is experiencing significant growth. In order to accommodate this rapid growth, we need to bring on a motivated Installation Engineer to help us continue our upward progress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game of Golf. This individual plays a critical role in bringing a customer's vision into reality: Working directly with the customer or their contractor to ensure client satisfaction. Installation Engineer is responsible for providing quality installation of our Indoor Golf Simulators Will travel all over the North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia performing installation of new simulators, service work on existing simulators, and conducting customer training

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing high quality installations of Golf2U systems across the Southeast Hardware installation (projectors, PCs, wall treatment, wiring), software calibration and user training at our customer's locations Communicate technical requirements with our customers Support our operations in terms of warehouse, storage, and shipment preparation Establish best practices and innovative concepts to improve our product installations

Experience and Requirements:

Strong organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to use all needed hand tools, securing and terminating wires/cables Good understanding of basic AV and PC components Good communication skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers Passion, drive, excellent work ethic, and ability to self-start without direct supervision Ability to travel all over the state of Florida and or Massachusetts A valid driver's license Vocational education or higher is a plus Knowledge of Golf is a plus Why work at Golf2U?
