Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Teacher to inspire and guide one/ two year old learners in a vibrant educational environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for designing engaging curricula, fostering inclusive classroom communities, and supporting the developmental growth of children. Your role is essential in creating a nurturing space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will lead classroom activities and collaborate with families to ensure each child's unique needs are met with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities Manage one and two year old classroom environments effectively through positive behavior management techniques and classroom management skills to promote a safe, respectful learning atmosphere. Support teachers by sharing best practices in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Experience Experience working with one and two year old children. Willingness to cross train for all age group.
