Aquatics Manager Aqua-Tots Swim Schools | West Omaha Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for an Aquatics Manager to join our West Omaha leadership team. This position oversees the quality and development of our swim program while leading a team of swim instructors who work with children and families every day. The Aquatics Manager plays an important role in the success of our school. You'll spend time coaching instructors, developing your team, maintaining high standards in the pool, and working alongside other members of leadership to keep the school moving forward. This role is a great fit for someone who has naturally found themselves stepping into leadership roles and is ready for the opportunity to take ownership of a team. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop our team of swim instructors Train new instructors and support their continued development Conduct in-water evaluations and provide regular feedback Help instructors become more confident, consistent, and effective teachers Set clear expectations and follow up when standards are not being met Maintain Aqua-Tots curriculum, safety, and lesson quality standards Build a positive, professional, and accountable team culture Recognize strong performance and help team members grow into greater responsibility Help manage instructor scheduling and coverage Step in to teach or support the pool deck when needed Work alongside the General Manager and leadership team to improve the aquatics program Help ensure families consistently receive a great experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and genuinely enjoys helping people improve.
