We are seeking an energetic and motivated Ninja Warrior Instructor to lead exhilarating obstacle course training sessions, promote fitness, and foster confidence among participants of all ages. As a key member of our team, you will design engaging programs that challenge and motivate students, helping them develop strength, agility, coordination, and perseverance in a fun and safe environment. Responsibilities Lead engaging Ninja Warrior obstacle course classes for children ages 3-12 years, ensuring safety and fun at all times Demonstrate proper techniques for climbing, jumping, balancing, and other agility-based skills to participants of varying experience levels Develop customized training plans that cater to individual skill levels while encouraging progress and confidence Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety rules, conducting equipment inspections, and supervising all activities Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth among participants Collaborate with fellow instructors to plan special events, competitions, or themed challenges that enhance the program experience Manage behavior effectively by applying behavior management strategies to ensure respectful and focused participation Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, martial arts (such as Karate or Judo), swimming, climbing, or related physical activities Strong background in teaching physical education or working with children in a childcare or school setting Familiarity with fitness disciplines like cheerleading, basketball, or health club environments is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct diverse age groups effectively Passion for promoting health, fitness, and active lifestyles through engaging instruction Join us as a Ninja Warrior Instructor and help ignite the spirit of adventure and athleticism in every participant!
