• Friday beginning in late August.

The Extended Care program includes outdoor recess time, fun planned activities, snacktime, and enrichment activities. The Extended Care Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily activities, reading books to the group, supervising outdoor time, preparing and cleaning up from snack and communicating with families at pick-up. Flexibility and a willingness to move around/work in different aftercare classrooms is required. If you have experience as a camp counselor, aftercare teacher, daycare teacher, and/or babysitter and have a high school diploma, we hope you will apply to join our school! • Friday from 2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM. This is a 20 hours per week position at $18
• 20 per hour, depending upon experience and education, with the potential for additional substitute hours.

MCPK Extended Care Teachers are a critical part of our teaching team and we have promoted many Extended Care Teachers to Associate and Lead Teachers.
