Our programs for older children who participate independently promote fitness, confidence, and teamwork. Your role goes beyond teaching classes. Responsibilities

• Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes, ensuring a positive experience for all participants while fostering a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation.
• Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
• Manage attendance, assist with enrollment conversations, and other light administrative duties. Qualifications
• Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Experience working with young children in an organized play environment a plus.
