We're looking for a passionate Taekwondo Instructor to join our team and help guide students through our structured belt curriculum — from White Belt through Black Belt and beyond — while creating a warm, disciplined, and encouraging environment for both kids and families.

•1:00 PM Duties Teach structured Taekwondo classes across all age groups and belt levels, following our established curriculum (color belt through Black Belt ranks) Lead introductory / trial classes for new students and communicate clearly with parents about class progress and next steps Assist with belt promotion testing, including preparing students for skills and curriculum requirements at each rank Support and train our Demo Team members for performances and community events Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined class environment at all times Build strong relationships with students and parents, communicating progress and addressing questions with warmth and professionalism Help with front-desk and class-transition tasks as needed (e.g., greeting new students, class check-in) Qualifications Minimum 1st degree black belt rank or higher (please confirm exact rank requirement) Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred, especially working with children Strong communication skills with both students and parents Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a consistent weekly schedule A team player who enjoys building a positive, family-centered dojang community Join us in shaping confident, disciplined students through the art of Taekwondo — and be part of a close-knit dojang community here in Bronxville!
