Responsibilities Lead martial arts classes for children and adults, ensuring clear instruction and active participation Develop customized training plans tailored to students' skill levels and goals Promote safety protocols during all training sessions, including proper use of equipment and techniques Foster a positive environment that encourages respect, discipline, and teamwork among students Provide feedback on student progress and motivate learners to achieve their personal best Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, or clients regarding student development and class schedules Requirements Proven experience in martial arts disciplines such as Karate or other styles, with relevant certifications preferred Prior experience working with children or in sports coaching environments Strong knowledge of physical education principles, behavior management, and safety procedures Ability to demonstrate martial arts techniques clearly while maintaining a lively teaching style Excellent communication skills to engage students and address client inquiries confidently Knowledge of first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures (certifications preferred) Experience in sports-specific training instruction such as soccer coaching, basketball, cheerleading, climbing or gymnastics is a plus Background in team leadership or coaching roles within health clubs or sports teams is highly desirable Join us as a Martial Arts Instructor to ignite passion for physical activity, build confidence in students, and create an inspiring environment where everyone can thrive!
