Job Summary:
Responsibilities :
We are seeking a Youth Programs Tumbling Instructor to join the Exos team. As a Youth Programs Tumbling Instructor you will: Plan, prepare and execute an organized and engaging daily set of lessons, drills, and/or games. Plan and conduct activities that promote self-esteem and encourage success. Provide opportunities for each child to meet the established goals of the program. Plan for the safe operation of the program and the safety of all participants. Work independently, with the support of the Youth Recreation Manager to meet the established goals of the program. Other duties as assigned by the Youth Recreation Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-year experience coaching/teaching children Current
CPR/AED/FA
Infant, Child & Adult Certifications Highly qualified motivator and communicator Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $35 - $45/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
