We are one of Hillsboro's premier martial arts schools, dedicated to helping children build confidence, respect, discipline, and life skills in a fun, encouraging environment. We believe every child has the potential to grow, and our instructors play an important role in making that happen. Position Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic, patient, energetic, and dependable instructor to teach martial arts classes for children ages 3½ to 8 years old. Previous experience in martial arts, gymnastics, dance, ballet, cheerleading, or other athletic activities is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, enjoys working with children, and is excited to learn our teaching methods. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow as an instructor. Responsibilities Teach beginner martial arts classes for young children. Create a fun, positive, and structured learning environment. Encourage students while helping them build confidence, discipline, and respect. Demonstrate basic martial arts techniques and movements. Assist with class setup, cleanup, and maintaining a professional training environment. Work closely with our instructor team to provide an outstanding experience for every student and family.
