Responsibilities Program Leadership:
Set the vision, culture, and training standards across all teams. Recruit, train, and supervise coaching staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality instruction and program delivery Develop comprehensive curriculum that incorporates sports-specific training techniques, teamwork skills, and sportsmanship principles Foster a positive environment that promotes athlete development, confidence-building, and enjoyment of the sport Manage program logistics including scheduling practices, tournaments, and special events while maintaining clear communication with participants and parents Ensure all safety protocols are followed by conducting regular safety checks and maintaining equipment standards Monitor participant progress through assessments and provide feedback to athletes and parents to support continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience working with children in sports or educational settings; coaching or teaching physical education preferred Strong background in volleyball coaching or sports-specific training instruction; experience with soccer coaching or basketball is a plus Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively Knowledge of health and safety procedures including first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation (Automated External Defibrillator), and emergency response protocols Excellent communication skills for client interaction, parent engagement, and team coordination Experience in childcare or working with students in recreational or educational environments Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster discipline and positive conduct among youth athletes Additional skills such as swimming, martial arts, cheerleading, climbing, or gym experience are considered valuable assets for holistic program development Join us as we create an inspiring environment where young athletes can thrive!
