Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute themed birthday parties tailored to children's interests and age groups. Lead group activities, games, and exercise routines that are fun, safe, and age-appropriate. Demonstrate various physical activities such as dance, yoga, Pilates, or sports coaching to engage children actively. Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring activities closely and applying manual handling techniques when necessary. Communicate clearly with parents and guardians about party schedules, activity instructions, and safety protocols. Maintain a high-energy atmosphere by motivating children through positive reinforcement and energetic coaching. Prepare all necessary equipment and materials for each event while adhering to health and safety standards including CPR and AED operation.
