TeeBox Golf Box Pro - Midland

Tee Box is a modern, performance-focused golf training facility designed to help golfers improve their game year-round. It combines industry-leading Trackman simulators, professional coaching, golf-specific fitness training, and a supportive community all in one space. Unlike traditional entertainment simulator lounges, Tee Box is built for purposeful practice, training, and long-term improvement, giving golfers a structured, data-driven environment where training, fitness, and coaching work together to elevate performance. The Box Pro is essential for each Tee Box location. The position focuses on coaching and mentoring, equipment expertise and community leadership, while also contributing to revenue growth, member engagement and a premium one-of-a-kind customer experience.

Requirements:

PGA Member, PGA Associate, or equivalent professional golf coaching certification preferred TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Demonstrated experience in golf instruction, player development, or performance coaching Strong working knowledge of launch monitor technology (Trackman experience strongly preferred) and video analysis tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with members Comfort working independently, managing schedules, and exercising professional judgment Passion for golf performance, fitness, and continuous learning Ability to work flexible hours based on member demand, including evenings and weekends.
