Job Description

Gymnastics Instructor Do you enjoy working with children, creating memorable experiences for families, and being part of a positive, energetic team? The Little Gym is looking for a dependable, enthusiastic Gym Instructor to help children build confidence, coordination, and life skills through movement-based classes and activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, values exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are seeking professionals who are reliable, personable, and committed to providing an outstanding experience for every child and family who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Lead engaging, age-appropriate classes for children from ages 4 months to 12 years. Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment. Build positive relationships with children and their families. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after classes. Assist with birthday parties, camps, special events, and other programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment. Work collaboratively with fellow instructors and management to provide a consistent, high-quality experience. What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills. A positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Confidence leading groups and speaking with both children and adults. Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Ability to be active throughout your shift, including running, jumping, lifting, and demonstrating skills. Experience working with children is strongly preferred (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, early childhood education, recreation, or similar). Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, fitness, sports, or related activities is a plus, but not required—we provide training. Qualifications Availability to work morning and/or afternoon shifts Weekend availability is preferred Experience working with children is strongly preferred but not required Ability to actively participate in classes, including running, jumping, lifting, and demonstrating basic physical skills Ability to pass a background check Why Join Our Team?
