No prior experience is required — just a solid background in skiing and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided, and you'll gain hands-on experience in a fun, fast-paced environment surrounded by fellow ski enthusiasts. Requirements:

Must be a skier Reliable Punctual Able to work independently Local to the area with dependable transportation Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CAD/CAM milling equipment to create custom orthotics Set up and assist with foam-injected ski boot liners Perform ski boot modifications including padding, punches, and shell expansions Restock shop supplies and products Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Compensation & Perks:
