Duties will include instructing students in the course subject matter and developing the course syllabus, teaching materials, and tests/assessments as needed. Classes may be taught in person, online, or via web meeting. Mat-Su College is a community campus of the University of Alaska Anchorage located in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, the fastest growing region of Alaska. Applicants should reside in the State of Alaska and be available to work within Alaska during the length of the assignment as most courses will be taught face-to-face on the campus of Mat-Su College. No relocation expenses will be paid for adjunct instruction. Vocational Disciplines:

Varies by discipline; typically, degree or certificate in field with demonstrated experience and expertise sufficient to perform teaching assignment required. Position Details:

This is a part-time, temporary (adjunct) faculty represented position. New hires will be placed on the adjunct salary schedule as outlined in the UNAD CBA, based on education and experience. Salary is based on the number of previous semesters teaching experience within the University of Alaska.
