Job Description:
Westchester Community College seeks part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach a one-credit First-Year Seminar. This is a general college success course with an emphasis on collegiate skills; academic, career, and transfer pathways; familiarity with campus resources; and awareness of real-world life skills. The Adjunct will teach the First-Year Seminar according to the course curriculum.
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited university and one year of teaching experience are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in first year experience (FYE) or college success teaching and/or institutional FYE or student success programming.
Additional Information:
POSITION EFFECTIVE
Fall 2026
SALARY & BENEFITS:
$ 93.84 per hour. No benefits.
