Division of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Mathematics Job Summary Henderson Community College is seeking applicants for part-time faculty positions in Sociology.
Job Duties:
Part-Time instruction. To become proficient in multiple delivery methods including face-to-face day and evening, hybrid, accelerated, and online course modalities and may require travel to multiple campuses or teaching sites. Possess professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills. Foster an active and inclusive learning environment and utilize our learning management system (Blackboard) for communication and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in Sociology, or a master's in a related field with an additional 18 graduate hours in sociology. Community college teaching experience is preferred. The successful applicant must possess professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills.
