Starting immediately, you will work 30 hours per week, across five days, ensuring every student receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive.

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Alabama Relevant credentials and documentation as required by state regulations Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Deliver direct instruction to students with exceptionalities in accordance with IEP goals Maintain thorough and accurate student records and progress reports Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
