Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid certification in Special Education (state-specific certification required) Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field Previous experience working with students who have a range of learning disabilities, emotional or behavioral disorders, or physical challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents Ability to create and adapt lesson plans to individual education programs (IEPs) Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports student growth
