Qualifications:

Must hold a valid AL SPED credential/certification Special Education teaching experience required, preferably with elementary grades Strong organizational and communication skills A passion for empowering students with diverse abilities

Responsibilities:

Full-time teaching (35 hours/week; MondayFriday) Serve a caseload of 10 students in 3rd and 4th grade Develop and implement individualized educational plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
