Job Description
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Certification (SPED Cert, K-6) Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably as a Resource Teacher Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Positive, flexible, and compassionate approach to teachingPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small group instruction to a caseload of 10-12 students in a resource setting Develop, update, and implement IEPs in coordination with staff and families Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment Engage with families and encourage student growthBenefits & Perks:
