Current certification in Special Education (or eligibility) Proven ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities and learning needs Strong collaborative skills for teaming with general education staff, support personnel, and families Excellent classroom management abilities and an adaptable instructional style Proficient in both written and verbal communication Commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and positive student outcomesKey Responsibilities:
