Key Qualifications:

Valid and current Alabama Special Education Teacher certification (AL SPED) Experience with elementary-age students, particularly in grades 3 and 4, is highly desirable Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) effectively Strong collaboration and communication skills with parents, colleagues, and administrators Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
