Qualifications:
Valid state teaching license with a Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility). Bachelors degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field. Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred. High level of adaptability and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, student-centered setting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on student IEPs. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere. Assess and track student progress; adjust instruction as needed. Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and support staff. Communicate regularly with families to support student achievement.
