In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners during the afternoon hours, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow while ensuring a safe and engaging classroom experience. Duties Develop relationships with children and parents. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies Welcoming to children and parents. Ability to work with others. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment in compliance with childcare regulations and mandated reporting laws Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare experience Strong ability to manage children using developmentally appropriate methods.
