Qualifications & Credentials:

Current Special Education Teacher certification in Alabama required Previous experience with K-12 students and diverse special education caseloads preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction and support to students in both individual and small-group settings Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed Maintain appropriate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Engage effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff
