You'll have the support of two dedicated paraprofessionals and will thrive in a structured classroom environment focused on growth, discovery, and inclusion. The classroom follows Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field (required) Valid state Special Education Teacher certification for Pre-K level Prior experience working with preschool-age children, ideally in an inclusion setting Deep understanding of IEP process, implementation, and progress monitoring Strong communication skills for collaborating with paraprofessionals and engaging with families Flexible, patient, and passionate about fostering a welcoming, accessible learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:
