Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (or eligibility) Experience teaching students with special needs, preferably in elementary grades Proficiency adapting general education curriculum and accommodations Strong communication skills with ability to engage students, parents, and colleagues Skilled at developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Team-oriented approach with a solid work ethic and creative problem-solving
