Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide specialized instruction as outlined in student IEPs Serve as the primary case manager for approximately 20 students Write, update, and monitor progress on IEPs Participate actively in IEP meetings with educational teams and families Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers Foster a supportive, adaptive classroom environment to maximize student achievement This contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing the opportunity to build continuous relationships and see your impact throughout the school year.
