Qualifications:
Active Alabama K-6th Special Education Teacher certification required Experience working with K-6th grade students preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance Commitment to collaboration and effective communication with students, families, and staff Organizational skills for managing a caseload of 20 studentsKey Responsibilities:
Oversee a caseload of approximately 20 K-6th grade students Deliver individualized instruction and services as specified in each student's IEP Draft, update, and maintain IEP documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing as a dedicated student advocate and member of the team Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to promote academic and developmental growthWhat's Offered:
