The Electrical Engineer II researches, plans, designs, develops, analyzes, and tests a wide range of electronic equipment and systems. This includes components such as displays, sensors, processors, interface units, circuitry, and other electronic devices, as well as analog and digital computing elements and control or test equipment. Responsibilities and Tasks Execute assigned design and development activities under the direction of the supervisor. Prepare preliminary engineering reports, analyses, and technical documentation. Develop initial electrical schematics and design concepts. Plan, conduct, and document validation and verification testing. Participate actively in design reviews, offering technical input and recommendations. Collaborate with cross functional teams to support project goals and timelines. Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of schematic capture, mechanical design, firmware and software tools Working knowledge of electrical analysis packages Ability to interface withPLM Education, Experience & License or Certification:
Bachelor's degree is required 2-5 years of experienceSpecific Degree Field Preferred:
Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science with multiple hardware electives Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position): (ESD; Safety Training, as dictated by the Safety Department)Travel/Physical Requirements:
