Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Certification for grades K-6 Experience working in an elementary or intermediate resource classroom Strong ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse student needs Effective communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff Dedication to fostering inclusive, positive educational experiences Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance preferred

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, personalized instruction to students in 3rd through 6th grade within a resource setting Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with regular education teachers and support staff to plan and deliver instruction Track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize success Maintain an organized, supportive classroom environment Build respectful and constructive relationships with students and parents
