Experience Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as preschools or daycare centers is required. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, including literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and behavior management techniques. Experience developing curriculum plans that align with educational standards like Montessori or other preschool methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures for early learners is a plus. Proven ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members is essential.
