Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and school support staff to support inclusive practices and differentiated instruction. Encourage a positive, structured classroom culture that promotes learning and social skill development. Maintain accurate documentation on student progress, behavior, and goals. Communicate regularly with families to share student achievements and discuss strategies for continued success. Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and school initiatives.
