Job Description

Load finished lumber onto trucks and train cars to ship to customers. The rate of pay for this position is $24.18 per hour.

Daily Job Duties:

Operate forklift. Take customers orders out of the inventory computer system. Figure how the loads will best fit on the truck or rail car. Load lumber onto truck or train without damaging the product. Scan orders out of the inventory system & give driver a detailed ticket showing what is on the order. Pick up broken boards and strapping. Keep inventory in sheds straight. Fix any lumber packages that are busted or damaged. Follow all applicable safety rules. Works regularly scheduled shifts. Work scheduled overtime - as required. Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner Tally trucks and Rail Cars.

Requirements:
