Job Description
Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school in Avondale, AZ seeking qualified and compassionate Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year . These are full-time contract positions supporting students across various grade levels and campuses. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive school environment.

Schedule:
7.5 hours per day | 37.5 hours per week

Compensation:
$48 to $52 per hour Open Positions within the district: Kindergarten to 5th Grade Resource Teacher 6th to 8th Grades Resource Teacher 6th to 8th Grades Behavior Teacher 4th to 8th Grades Resource Teacher Kindergarten to 4th Grades Resource Teacher 5th to 8th Grade Resource Teacher 3rd to 5th Grade Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families Support students' academic, behavioral, and social development Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations Qualifications Valid Arizona Department of Education Special Education Teaching Certificate (required) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Previous school-based or special education experience preferred At SHC Education, students come first and so do you .
