We are seeking dedicated Special Education professionals to fill two full-time contract opportunities: one Resource Teacher and one Self-Contained Classroom Teacher. Both positions support approximately 25 students, offering the chance to foster growth and learning in a vibrant school community. Ideal Candidates Bring:

Valid Special Education teaching certification for grades K-6. Experience working in elementary special education settings. A strong commitment to serving diverse learner profiles, including IEP plan development and implementation. Positive classroom management skills and adaptability to individualized student needs. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and support staff. Ability to adjust instructional approaches based on ongoing assessment data.

In These Roles, You Will:

Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with each students IEP. Assess academic and behavioral progress, adjusting supports as needed. Maintain accurate records and progress data as required by state and district policies. Partner with general education teachers and related services staff to promote inclusive classroom environments. Communicate proactively with parents and caregivers regarding student growth and classroom activities. Participate fully in team meetings, professional development, and school events.
