Two full-time positions are available:

one specializing in Resource instruction and the other in a Self-Contained classroom environment. Both roles maintain manageable caseloads of approximately 25 students, ensuring a focused and rewarding teaching experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience working with elementary-aged students in both resource and self-contained models is highly desirable Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Knowledge of differentiated instruction and evidence-based practices Excellent collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families Ability to create positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environments Open to contract roles and available

MondayFriday Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver individualized instruction tailored to students unique learning needs Manage caseloads of approximately 25 students, maintaining accurate records and timelines Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success Write, update, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Utilize data to assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities as required
