Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Special Education Teaching Certification Experience working with K-5 students preferred Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies in a self-contained classroom Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to create engaging, differentiated instructional plans Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitudeRole Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student Support social, emotional, and academic development for students with behavioral challenges Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies effectively Collaborate with other educators, related service providers, and families Track and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed Foster a supportive, structured, and encouraging classroom environment Enjoy theBenefits of This Opportunity:
