Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to students' unique strengths and needs Adapt instructional materials and strategies to promote engagement and learning for all students Conduct regular assessments and use data to monitor progress and adjust instruction Work closely with general education staff to ensure inclusive practices Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students in accordance with their IEPs Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings with parents and support personnel Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment
